Refund Policies
Solid products are built on trust, and so are our policies. That's why every Itzabot plan starts with a 14-day free trial. It's your space to explore, test, and see how we fit into your business flow. No commitments or obligations, just the time you need to decide if this is the right place for your bots. This policy sets out the basic rules for payments, cancellations, and refunds, so everything is transparent and predictable.
The 14-day trial period
The trial is more than a preview: it's your opportunity to experience Itzabot fully before making any payment. Set up your bots, have real conversations, and discover how it works for your team. By choosing a payment plan after this period, you are indicating: yes, this works for us.
Paid subscriptions
Once you subscribe:
- Monthly and annual plans are non-refundable.
- Add-ons, integrations, and custom developments are also non-refundable, as they are created specifically for you.
When refunds do apply
We know that mistakes can happen sometimes. We will correct the situation if:
- You were charged twice,
- A payment was not authorized.
Just write to us at support@Itzabot.com and, if approved, the refund will be returned to the same payment method used.
Subscription cancellations
- You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again and will retain access until that cycle ends.
- Payments already made are final, except in the cases of refunds mentioned above.
⚠️ Please note: Unjustified chargebacks may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
Stepping away
Sometimes paths diverge, and that's okay. If you decide to step away from Itzabot, we want you to know that we appreciate the time you spent with us. And if your path brings you back, we will be ready to pick up the conversation where it left off.
