1. Access Website Chatbot Installation

a. Click on Bots from the Left menu and select the bot.

b. Now click on “Install Your Chatbot.”

c. You can select the platform where you need to deploy your chatbot.

d. Click on “Shopify” to install your chatbot on your website.

2. Copy the Installation Code

a. Under “Get Chatbot Installation Code”, click “Copy” to copy the script snippet.

⚠️ Do not modify the script code.

3. Open Shopify Admin Panel

a. Log in to your Shopify Admin dashboard. b. From the left sidebar, go to “Online Store” → “Themes”.

4. Edit Theme Code

a. Click “…” (three dots) next to your active theme. b. Select “Edit code”.

5. Paste the Chatbot Script

a. Open the theme.liquid file. b. Paste the copied Itzabot script just before the closing </body> tag. c. Click “Save”.

6. Verify Installation

a. Return to the Itzabot dashboard. b. Enter your Shopify store URL under “Enter your website URL”. c. Click “Verify”.

Once verified, the chatbot widget will appear on your Shopify store.
